Walgreens Prescription Savings Club
This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Walgreens. All opinions are 100% mine.
As some of you know, Walgreens and Express Script’s contract officially ended last January 1, 2012. It affected many consumers and beneficiaries because of the unsuccessful negotiations. Many are forced to look for other pharmacies to buy their needs. With that being said, I encourage everyone to register and be a member of Prescription Savings Club at Walgreens. Walgreens is offering a discount on annual membership for it’s club members. For as low as $35 a year, a family membership covers everyone in your immediate family including your spouse, dependents with ages 22 and younger and also including pets!
Other benefits also include savings on more than 8,000 brand-name and all generic medications. they also give discounts on flu shots, pet prescriptions, nebulizers and diabetic supplies. That’s not all. You can also get bonuses when you purchase Walgreens brand products and photofinishing services. Now, that’s what you call, GREAT DEAL!
If anyone wants to join individually, you can do so for just $20. Join now and receive discounted prices on your prescriptions.
I would suggest everyone to continue supporting Walgreens by liking Walgreens on Facebook and following Walgreens on Twitter to be able to know their latest updates.
Happy Birthday, little boy!

Walgreens and Express Scripts' contract is OVER
This post brought to you by Walgreens. All opinions are 100% mine.
Express Scripts, Walgreens' pharmacy provider, wasn't able to renew the contract they have with Walgreens leaving thousands of customers to find a new pharmacy to support their need for prescription medicines.
Unfortunately, because of the split of Walgreens and Express Scripts, many families are affected especially military families. Walgreens tried to negotiate the Tricare renewal separately but it's also unsuccesful. Tricare is a part of Express Scripts and because of the split, health benefits for military retirees, military personnels and their families will no longer be supported.
To help ease the tension and to lessen the problem, customers are encouraged to join the Prescription Savings Club at Walgreens. They offer bonuses when you purchase Walgreens and Nice! brand products, and photofinishing services as well as savings on almost 8,000 branded and generic medicines, and discounts on nebulizers, flu-shots and diabetic supplies and pet prescriptions.
If you are one of those affected by the split of Walgreens and Express Scripts or just one of those who wanted to support our affected military families, I encourage you all to reach out to your local media or share your thoughts on social networks and let them know how you feel.
Follow Walgreens on Twitter and like Walgreens on Facebook to stay up to date about the situation. Thank you for supporting Walgreens.
